About the event
This event will be held outside on a screened in patio, under the night's sky. Â The class will start at 7:30pm so please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled on your mat. Â
There are two options to sign up. Â You can come for just the yoga or you can come for the full experience which includes the hour yoga flow plus a special grounding ceremony that includes a Charmed Leaf cocktail (champagne + maple syrup + cranberry shrub- which is like a cranberry preserve) and a black jasper stone, all designed to help us calm our energies and prepare for the craziness of the holiday season.Â
